Terms of Use
Last updated: October 24, 2026
You open Mińi_Cháṫ friends video when scattered clips from a friends session deserve one short, replayable recap. These terms govern your use of the iOS app operated by Avraham Stern. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app provides
Mińi_Cháṫ friends video is a local video recap workbench. You choose accessible videos through the system picker, mark moments, include or exclude segments, reorder and trim ranges, preview an assembled timeline with computed duration, save projects on device, and export a recap when your media supports it. The app validates time ranges, builds an ordered segment list, and prepares export using on-device processing.
- IncludedLocal editing, preview, project save/reopen, and export driven by your selections.
- Not includedLive calling, call recording, multi-user realtime editing, cloud libraries, or automatic upload to our servers.
- Your mediaYou must have the right to use videos you import. The app does not verify ownership of third-party content.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms where applicable. You may not reverse engineer the app except where law permits, redistribute the app binary, or use it to build a competing service that misrepresents its origin.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device and iOS updated enough to run supported media features.
- Back up important projects and exports using your own device backup strategy; we do not operate cloud backup for recap files.
- Do not use the app for unlawful content or to infringe others’ privacy or intellectual property.
- Understand that export and playback depend on codec support and file availability on your device; unsupported or missing sources may produce errors the app surfaces as recoverable messages.
Purchases and fees
As of the date above, Mińi_Cháṫ friends video is described as a local editing tool without in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features defined in the product documentation available to us. If paid features are added later, Apple’s in-app purchase rules will apply and we will update this page and the App Store listing before charging you.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Local media processing can fail for reasons outside our control—corrupt files, removed library items, or format limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted export, a minimum frame rate, or compatibility with every video source.
The app name and friends-session concept describe a personal workflow; they do not promise integration with any third-party chat or calling service, nor synchronized editing between users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avraham Stern is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the app was free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the app where required by law or platform policy. Deleting the app removes locally stored recap project data managed by the app unless iOS device backups retain it according to your backup settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
